Your satisfaction with our products is our top priority. However, because our items are custom-made and uniquely printed upon order, we cannot always accommodate returns.

Refunds are available only if the order is canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an item has shipped, returns and refunds are not possible due to the custom nature of the product.

Please note the following conditions for returns:

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and undamaged.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
• When applicable, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned items.
• Exchanges will be processed promptly upon receiving the returned items.
